The recurring fee includes oversight and coordination beyond task time; multiple systems or higher coverage are quoted separately.

Does RedPunch work outside adult entertainment?
Yes. We work across industries. Adult entertainment is an area of focus, but our business, digital-platform, and AI character services can also support brands, creators, and organizations in other fields.
Do I need to be an established creator or studio?
No. RedPunch also works with people exploring their first venture. You don't have to be a performer or content producer to seek business guidance or explore an original AI character concept.
What happens when I click “Request This Service”?
It opens an email request to RedPunch. Sending it does not charge you or confirm a booking. We'll discuss your needs, the scope, availability, and next steps before proceeding.
How is a session scheduled, and when will I receive my deliverable?
Scheduling and delivery details depend on the service. We'll agree on timing and the deliverable before the engagement begins.
Does the Digital Business Roadmap include building my website?
No. The Roadmap provides a structured working session, written recommendations, and prioritized next steps. Website development, hosting, integrations, and migration are not part of that fixed-price service.
Can you help move an existing film or membership website?
That is the focus of Platform Independence & Migration. We review what can actually move, including the domain, site content, account data, payment arrangements, and relevant release documentation. A custom-site build or migration may be included in a separately agreed scope; existing subscriber billing and third-party approvals cannot be assumed transferable.
What's the difference between AI Persona Blueprint and AI Character Engineering?
The $795 Blueprint is a written specification for an original character's personality, voice, and behavior. AI Character Engineering is a separately scoped service for diagnosing, tuning, and testing an existing character. Persona tuning is one part of that engineering work and is not included in the Blueprint price. Ask about AI Character Engineering.
Is AI Character Engineering the same as fine-tuning an AI model?
Not necessarily. Our focus is improving the character's behavior, voice, conversation design and context within the systems available. Training or fine-tuning underlying model weights is different technical work and would only be considered if supported and specifically scoped.
What does “Starting from” mean for project work and managed services?
The published starting prices cover limited base scopes: one small website transition, one existing-character tuning engagement, or one covered system with scheduled monthly support. Larger film catalogs, active memberships, complex integrations, multiple characters, or broader operational coverage are quoted separately. We confirm access, deliverables, responsibilities, and the final price before work begins.
Can RedPunch manage my website or AI character after launch?
Yes, through a separately scoped Managed Digital & AI Operations engagement. Depending on your setup, that may include routine platform care, vendor coordination, ongoing character reviews, and scheduled improvements. We'll define the covered systems, service limits, review cadence, and monthly fee before starting. Ask about managed services.
Can you guarantee hosting, payment approval, or higher subscriber retention?
No. RedPunch can help you assess options and make more informed decisions, but third-party providers determine account eligibility and approval. Business results, subscriber retention, and revenue cannot be guaranteed.
What if my needs go beyond one of the listed services?
Tell us what you're working toward. We can discuss whether a separate scope makes sense. The listed prices cover only their stated services, and RedPunch does not replace your lawyer, accountant, or other licensed professional.
